In terms of collective labor law, we advise on sector-wide collective bargaining agreements and on the rules governing the collective bodies. We provide pragmatic and effective advice in a broad range of business restructurings including collective dismissals with or without closure of all or part of the local business and in the event of transfer of all or part of a business. We support clients with collective body negotiations, including works council information and consultation proceedings. Our lawyers will provide guidance throughout the process of setting up intra-enterprise collective bodies representing the employees and the unions and offer hands-on assistance in case of conflicts with public authorities (such as social inspections or disputes on the application of specific laws).
